For us, it’s a choice to be free from certain ingredients, never a claim to be better than the rest. Whether you’re selective or it simply fits your lifestyle, our choices might speak to you.
We believe beauty should feel as good as it looks, which is why we take a minimalist approach, including only what’s truly necessary.
Our products are vegan and formulated without parabens, talc, silicones, mineral oils, phthalates, PEGs, or perfume.
Each product is made in the European Union by expert manufacturers who share our values. We embrace precise, intentional production to ensure every formula meets the highest standards.

While we strive to incorporate natural ingredients wherever possible, we do use some synthetic ingredients that are effective and necessary for product performance and longevity. We prioritize naturally-derived ingredients and blend them with the best of science for high-performing products.
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free. In line with the European Union's cosmetic testing ban, which was implemented in early 2000, animal testing is not allowed for any cosmetic products or ingredients sold in the EU. We fully comply with these regulations, ensuring that neither our products nor ingredients are tested on animals.
We strive to make our products as sensitive-skin-friendly as possible. Both our founders have sensitive skin, so creating gentle formulas is very important to us. While everyone’s skin can react differently, we’ve carefully excluded the most common irritation-causing ingredients.
No, we do not use synthetic fragrances in our products.
Because we don’t add any fragrance, you may notice that the scent of our products differs from traditional beauty products. This is simply the natural aroma of the ingredients at work, unaltered and reflective of the formula inside.

Payments

Shipping and returns
We ship to Norway and Sweden. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your location.
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick shipping. If you need to make any changes or cancellations, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to assist. However, once an order has been dispatched, we can no longer make changes.
We take great care in packaging your products securely, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for the damaged product(s). Please send us clear photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
If you receive the wrong product, please reach out to our Customer Care Team as soon as possible. We’ll assist you in returning the incorrect item and getting the correct one sent out to you.
Shipping options vary depending on where you are located. When you go to our checkout and enter your address, the available delivery methods for your region will appear. You’ll be able to choose the option that best suits your needs before completing your order.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
We want you to love your Toém Beauty products! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your unused products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number.
Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
